Delivery Time
Most of the items we carry are in stock and will be shipped on the next business day you place your order. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on next Monday. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address within 3 to 7 business days after being shipped out. (Note: business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays are excluded). If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Order tracking
It is very easy for you to check the status of your order and locate the package during transit via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, as an email with a tracking number will be sent to your email address after your order has been shipped out. You may track your package in the upper form on our web or www.canadapost.ca by tracking number.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please call 1-877-278-2249 or email us for assistance. If your order has not shipped out we will be able to cancel it for you. If an order has already shipped we will accept a return under the terms of our Return Policy. (Please refer to “Returns” for detailed information.)

Shipping and Handling Rates
Shipping and handling rates (S& H rates) include the expense of shipping, handling and high quality package, which are charged based on shipment weight, delivery destination and retail value of order.
